This is a wiki best practice.

In most large public wikis, users categorize pages so as to signal differences in credibility, validation, and especially point of view. The most common convention of this kind is for parallel pages to discuss articles:

A talk page is one whose name indicates clearly that it is for discussing another page.

For instance, to discuss this page use talk:talk page.
