Redundant information?

There are several repeated paragraphs/statistics in this article:

The list of three strategic objectives are included in the 'Project Rationale' section, as well as in the 'Objectives' section.

The paragraph about Stakeholders is repeated in the 'Project Rationale' and in the 'Concept' section.

The 'eDiscussion Results' appear three times throughout the article.

I'm not sure if this is deliberate or not. It seems redundant to give the same information 2-3 times in what will be only a 4-page article. Perhaps the information could be provided in a slightly different way? Or you could write a brief synopsis of the 'eDiscussion Results' to avoid giving the same list three times? Just a suggestion!
