Monday, July 25 - Pre-Conference
5:00 p.m. - St. Paul Saints Baseball Tailgating Event
Join us for an evening of conversation and outdoor minor league baseball - only $15 paid at the event. This covers typical tailgating food, soda pop, and a general admission ticket. This event is held in conjunction with E-Democracy.Org and their local online Issues Forum participants. Proceeds will be donated to the volunteer-based E-Democracy.Org non-profit.
Conference guests must notify saints@e-democracy.org if they plan to attend. Transportation to and from the conference hotel will be arranged.
7:00 p.m. - Game Starts
From 7:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. transportation back to the hotel will be scheduled every 45 minutes.

The “pitch” with sixty second speeches on e-democracy projects, ideas, products starts at 12:30 p.m. With assigned “mixed” seating over lunch, each table will be required to come up with an e-democracy idea, a slogan, and a spokesperson to present the idea boldly in less than 60 seconds. Tables going over time will not get dessert.

The Minnesota State Capitol, celebrating its 100th anniversary is one of the most beautiful state capitols in the country. Underneath its historical façade and almost 150 years of legislative protocol is a vibrant democratic digital infrastructure. Our group will be split into two and exchange places after 20 minutes.
