Internet Training for Elected Officials would be great if it were not for the trend of having the handlers control this part of the elected officials life, so that nothing stupid is said, or nothing too close to the truth is put out for real discussion among the electorate. I think a training session that can show the elected official how much more efficient they could be using the interest, and how much more in touch they could stay with their constituents.

I (AvM) agree with thes remark. But, we are looking for strategies and practices that exist on this very moment (Dec 2004). Is there somewhere an existing strategy or an existing practice? This Wiki will survive this project, I (AvM) hope. Is this the place to start that strategy, to start that practice? Why, or why not?
