Submission of Content to DoWire

Content sent to the Democracies Online Newswire and posted in the blog remains the property of the original author.

I (Steven Clift) may use any wiki content in future articles, publications, and research but only with proper credits - particularly with any use of materials in which I am not a substantial contributor.

The "final" content delivered as part of the E-democracy Best Practices effort funded by the UK Office of the Deputy Prime Minister is their property. Based on the project initiation document, DoWire may host and allow updates to wiki versions indefinitely. New versions are considered normal DoWire content.
