Notes for Steven Clift's upcoming speeches on the theme Citizens 2.0.

Goals:

• Establish citizen demand for e-democracy.
• Articulate concrete steps to be taken online either required by the rule of law or codes of ethics.

Steps/required activities articulated by elected officials, government, and media will be the main focus. Additional ideas for candidates, political parties, and interest groups in the future.

Practical steps "e-citizens" must take to generate "demand" for e-democracy in their local communities, states, and nations.
